Bright and early yesterday we headed up Big Cottonwood Canyon to Solitude Ski Resort to take advantage of the fresh powder. Jeff was eager to get out on his snowboard and Henry and Annie were excited for another ski school lesson. Jack just wanted to eat snow. I was freezing (unusual for me) and thought it would be nice to just sit in the lodge drinking some hot chocolate but the rest of the family wanted no part of that plan. They were ready to hit the slopes.
The kids take a mom mandated break inside to warm up.
They all had a great day.
Awesome! Looks like a great day on the slopes. we are back to sweating bullets so enjoy the cold for us.
