Henry and Jeff have been preparing for our upcoming family trip to Hawaii at the end of January. They have been taking scuba diving certification classes since the beginning of December. Today was their first open water dive at The Crater at Homestead Resort in Midway, Utah.
Henry absolutely loved it! I'm so proud of him for being brave enough to try something new and kind of scary if you ask me. I also love that Jeff and Henry have been able to spend this time together doing something they both enjoy. Jeff took video of Henry during his first dive. Enjoy!
Really cool that you have a video of that! Daniel would be so jealous of you guys - we haven't been scuba diving since our honeymoon. I agree with you that it's kind of scary.

ReplyDeleteI don't think I ever told you but I got scuba certified my first year of college and went only a couple times the next couple years. i don't know that I'm brave enough to do it anymore. My cousin and I used to joke that we'd be scuba missionaries. With this kind of technology we'd could be. :)
