Henry and three of his friends from school hosted a Halloween party for the entire 6th grade class at his school. (Thankfully this party did not happen at my house.)
The boys got together a few weeks before the party to make decorations for the party and plan the games they wanted to play. On the day of the party we went early to help set up and decorate. Jeff stayed as one of the chaperones and took pictures.
I guess Henry is old enough now that he didn't want to dress up much.
Here was Henry's "costume".
All the kids brought snacks to share so there was definitely no shortage of sugar!
We also had a tray of chicken from Chick-fil-A and I made Henry's favorite.....meatballs in BBQ sauce.
The kids bobbed for apples, balanced Oreo's on their foreheads, and ate donuts hanging from strings.
They also watched a movie, played ping pong, foosball, chess, and basketball.
I think everyone had a great time and it was really fun seeing Henry enjoying time with his friends.
I'm so impressed that they planned such a great party by themselves and invited the whole clas. are they available for hire? I'd be glad too it wasn't at my house. :)
