On Saturday, October 15th, our family participated in the first (and hopefully not the last) Murray Moonlight 5k Fun Run. We carpool with the organizer's family so it was especially fun to be involved and help support their cause to fight against cyber-bullying and online harassment in Utah schools. The run started at 9pm and the weather was just perfect! I can't remember the last time I had that much fun. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Can't wait to do it again! Just after starting, Henry found his friend Miles so they ran together most of the way, periodically stopping to wait for the rest of us to catch up to them. Wish I had thought to take a picture of them together after the race. :(

Annie's first race she's ever participated in....AWESOME JOB!!!
Jack wanted no part of being in the stroller so he ran most
of the entire 5k and finished just ahead of Jeff. ; )
It took about 45 minutes for everyone to cross the finish line.
There was pumpkin pie waiting for all the runners after the race.
They also had lots of prize drawings and Annie won this adorable hat.
Jack didn't have a bib number but the organizers saw him patiently waiting for his number to be drawn so they called his name anyway and he was able to pick out some glow bracelets.
He was so happy to "win" a prize.
We were all so happy to finish the race together!!!
I'm not sure about this title. In my family it might be "The family that runs together DIES together!":)
